Jessie — Patient Care Coordinator

Prior to joining VNIoC in December 2025 as a patient care coordinator, Jessie held a similar position at a specialty veterinary center similar to CVRC in Tennessee. Spurred by the desire to be closer to family, she made the move to Maryland.

“I like working on the client service side of a single specialty since I'm able to establish relationships with the recurring clients and their adorable pets–it's not ‘one and done.’ It's especially rewarding seeing the patients we help, especially the ones who can't walk, have surgery and are walking again at the recheck!” Jessie says.

One fact that only those who’ve known her a while know: Jessie was trained as an opera singer!
